The basic principles of screen printing are pushing ink through a mesh screen with a design in it onto a given material.
Creating the screens is the more complex part of the process. We must choose the right mesh size, apply an emulsion, and incorporate the appropriate light exposure all before printing. Once we’ve prepared the t-shirt or other item, we lay the screen on top and add the ink. Using a squeegee, we smoothly and evenly spread the ink over the design.
