– Spelling, punctuation, or grammar errors made by the customer.
– Poor quality or low resolution of uploaded images.
– Design errors made by the customer during the product creation process.
– Incorrect selection of options, such as finishing, quantity, or type of product, color.
– Defects in products discovered after they have been delivered to the customer.
– Incorrect address provided by the customer.
We recommend that you thoroughly review your designs and correct any possible errors before placing your order.
However, in situations where the order does not meet the customer’s request, only in cases of product damage or defects, the company undertakes to reprint the product within a short period (at no additional cost to the customer) or refund the amount paid for the order, according to the company’s decision on the best course of action.
