Orders Lost, Delayed, or Damaged During Delivery
Our shipping partners are an important part of our business, which means that we expect nothing short of excellent, on time service of your shipments. While your order is in transit, situations may come up that are out of our control. Please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date (or quoted delivery date for expedited orders) if your order arrived damaged, late, or was lost in shipment.
